Profiles Instructions

Church and Pastor Profiles need to be completed by

January 31, 2020. 

 

CHURCH PROFILES
Please read steps 1 through 9 before starting the church profile.


Step 1
Read through these steps first.

Step 2
Use your Church's GCFA number  as the username and password.

Step 3
You will be prompted to create a new Church Profile password. Enter the password in both fields. (The new password must contain at least one number, one alpha character, and can contain only the special characters !@#$.)  Click submit.

Step 4
Please make note of your password. On future login you must use your GCFA number as the username and the new password you just created to access the church profile.

Step 5
Click on each individual section to update and complete the report.

Step 6
Once you are done with a section, click the save button and then the “Back to List of all sections" button.  (You may also save the form at any point while filling it out and return later to complete your profile).

Step 7
Repeat steps 5 and 6 for each of the sections.

Step 8

To print your entire profile, click the "Printer Friendly Version".

Step 9

Click SUBMIT when you have completed all 3 sections of your church profile to notify the District Office that your profile is 100% complete. (Many fields require an answer.  Required fields cannot be left blank.  If you have not answered a required question, after clicking Submit you will be redirected to go back to all required questions before the system will allow you to Submit the church profile). After clicking Submit you can no longer make updates to your profile. Read-only access to your profile will be available through the Printer Friendly Version.

PASTOR PROFILES 
Please read steps 1 through 8 before starting the pastor profile. 


Step 1
Read through these steps first.

Step 2
For your username please use the first letter of your legal first name and your last name without any dashes or hyphens. For example, if the name were Joseph Mont-Franklin, then the username would be jmontfranklin.

Step 3
For your password use the last six digits of your social security number.

Step 4
Click on each individual section to update and complete the report.

Step 5
Once you are done with a section, click the save button and then the “Back to List of all sections" button.  (You may also save the form at any point while filling it out and return later to complete your profile).

Step 6
Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each of the seven sections.

Step 7

To print your entire profile, click the "Printer Friendly Version".

Step 8

Click SUBMIT when you have completed all 7 sections of your pastor profile to notify the District Office that your profile is 100% complete. (Many fields require an answer.  Required fields cannot be left blank.  If you have not answered a required question, after clicking Submit you will be redirected to go back to all required questions before the system will allow you to Submit the pastor profile). After clicking Submit you can no longer make updates to your profile. Read-only access to your profile will be available through the Printer Friendly Version.

Note:  The pastor profile can not be submitted without the pastor's photo.  If your profile does not display your picture you will need to submit one, click here for photo submission instructions.  If we need your photo, you will see this message at the bottom of your profile start page: You cannot submit your forms to the conference until you have provided a pastor photo.
